What is HySilk Fibre?

HySilk Fibre is our signature braid extension innovation, developed over several years to offer fuller, smoother, and more comfortable braid installs with minimal tangling.

What does one pack contain?

Each Jojo Braids pack contains 400 grams in total: 100 grams of braiding hair and 300 grams of sew-in bundles. For best results, it is advisable to use only the amount needed for your style and reserve the remaining hair for future use.

Do I need to cut the hair before installation?

No. All Jojo Braids are pre-made and full, so cutting is not required.

Is HySilk Fibre safe for sensitive scalps?

Yes. HySilk Fibre is hypoallergenic, lightweight, and gentle on the scalp, making it suitable for sensitive skin.

Will the hair tangle or shed?

HySilk Fibre is designed to be minimal-tangle and maintain its smooth texture throughout wear. Shedding is significantly reduced compared to regular braid extensions.

Can I use heat on the hair?

Yes. HySilk Fibre can safely withstand heat of up to 180 degrees, allowing controlled styling and finishing.

What colours and styles are available?

We offer a carefully curated range of beautiful, rich colours and versatile styles designed to suit both natural and statement looks.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 24–72 hours, depending on your location.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
